“We had our first real work day, Saturday with 7 teams of men. We’re really excited about what the Lord is doing through this ministry. We began after orientation a couple of months ago with what was looking like about 5 teams, and it has just grown since then. Thank you so much for your materials and for your efforts in this ministry. It’s just what our men (and our care receivers) needed. We’re looking forward to the day when we can truly say there are no unmet needs among us.”

“I attended your workshop at the Iron Sharpens Iron Conference last Saturday. It was outstanding, more than I was expecting, and wonderfully biblical and practical. For several days prior to ISI, I had been praying intently that God would reveal a ministry opportunity for our church. As I listened to your presentation, I felt strongly that God was answering my prayer. Thank you for an enlightening, practical, inspiring and timely presentation, and for your example of leading God’s people to meet pressing needs with the love of Christ. Just a quick update to let you know we have 34 men currently signed up and are still a few weeks out from the orientation sessions. The response has been greater than I ever expected and our church leaders are confident this will open doors to other new ministries.”

“In Sept 2011, I attended your breakout session at the Indianapolis Iron Sharpens Iron event. I was extremely encouraged as a pastor and was moved to tears when you described the love of our Lord being lived out by the men for their care receivers. I also remember that day leaving excited about the potential of a Men’s Team Ministry among our church – what the Lord might want to do among our men (spiritual growth &&leadership maturity, etc.) and care receivers and their neighbors. Fast forward to now…(a lot of prayer in the meantime)… Lord-willing we will have 14 teams of 4 men meet on Saturday for our first work day! Thank you so much for your help. Also, thank you for being sensitive to the Lord’s leading in helping churches through NCMM over the years.”
